Features of FBS

fbs broker features

A great advantage of FBS is that the broker is STP/ECN, this allows it to offer better trading conditions such as low spreads. STP/ECN brokers are also well-seen because they don’t have a dealing desk as Market Makers. Usually STP/ECN brokers offer low commissions to their IB’s but FBS offers US$10 per lot which is pretty good.

The company also has a “Trader’s calculator” which seems like a great tool to calculate the potential income that you can receive from every trade that you do. What is great about this tool is that you can do the calculations based on the type of account you have and that the results show you the value of each pip, the spread, swaps and margin.

If you are interested in Fundamental Analysis the broker also offers you a section with all the meetings scheduled by Central Banks so that you may now when will the Banks take an important decision that may affect your trading.

Education / Training

The education materials offered by FBS are good compared to other brokers. They have 6 different sections that have material for beginners and for advanced traders.

For example, in its “Forex guidebook” they offer a whole course that starts with a section for beginners and ends in a section for experienced traders where you can see things about harmonic patterns and others.

The webinars are pretty like the ones offered by other brokers but it’s good that they include them too. If you prefer to learn with visual aid, then you will find great to know that the broker has some video lessons available for free.

Deposit / Withdrawal Methods

There are several methods offered by the broker:

  • Payment & Money Transfer companies such as Neteller, Skrill, PerfectMoney, bitwallet, AstroPay.
  • Visa Debit and Credit cards.

According to the broker’s website, funding your account is an instant process while withdrawals can take up to 48 hours in all payment methods but one. Withdrawals are instant with bitwallet
